What is RideTek's return policy?
RideTek warranties all products for 5 years from the invoice date to the original purchaser. If there is a problem related to materials or workmanship, we will gladly expedite replacement of the product free of charge, including shipping.
NOTE:
(For returns not in this category, you must contact us WITHIN ONE WEEK OF DELIVERY and be issued a Return Authorization Number prior to return shipping . PRODUCT RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED BY RIDETEK WITHIN TWO WEEKS FROM ORIGINAL INVOICE DATE OR CREDIT WILL NOT APPLY. Products must be returned in unused, new condition with the RAN number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping package.
These returns will be charged a 20% processing and restocking fee and credited the original purchase price less the original shipping and processing costs incurred by RideTek if applicable. Products returned without a Return Authorization Number on file will not be accepted. )
