What is RideTek's return policy?
RideTek warranties all products for 1 year from the invoice date to the original purchaser. If there is a problem related to materials or workmanship, we will gladly expedite replacement of the product free of charge, including shipping.
For returns not in this category, you must call us WITHIN ONE WEEK OF DELIVERY and be issued a Return Authorization Number prior to return shipping .
Products must be returned in new condition with the RAN number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
These returns will be credited the original purchase price to their account less the original shipping and handling costs incurred by RideTek if applicable. Products returned without a Return Authorization Number on file will not be accepted.
